Road to Hana

Located on the north eastern side of Maui, Hana is one of the only remaining towns that is untouched by large commercial development. Protected by the Hana National Park Association, Hana is also home to one of the only rainforests in the United States.
Visiting the city of Hana is like taking a trip back into a time, before Maui became a tourist mecca. An era when things were much simpler and time seemed to stand still.
The rainforest is a must see for anyone who visits the island of Maui. The sacred pools of Hana are located along a hiking trail that will take you through what seems to be another country. Lush tropical foliage surrounds tropical pools filled by 200 foot waterfalls.
